Orange Ferry runs an overnight ferry between Toyo Port (Saijo City) and Osaka Nanko (checked on the Orange Ferry official site, 2026-10-13). It leaves Toyo Port at 22:00 and arrives at Osaka Nanko at 6:00 the next morning. The Osaka Nanko to Toyo Port sailing also leaves at 22:00 and arrives at Toyo Port at 6:00. There is one round trip a day.

From Matsuyama to Toyo Port: The official “Shikoku-side connecting bus” runs directly from the Matsuyama area to Toyo Port. It is a paid, reservation-only service, booked together with the ferry. It leaves JR Matsuyama Station Bus Stop 6 at 20:10, stops at Matsuyama City Station (20:20), Matsuyama IC (20:35), and Kawauchi IC (20:45), and arrives at Toyo Port at 21:23. The return from Toyo Port leaves at 6:20 and arrives at Matsuyama City Station at 7:23, JR Matsuyama Station at 7:33, and Dogo Onsen at 7:48.

Cancellation notice (as of 2026-10-13): For periodic inspection, the Osaka to Toyo sailings are cancelled from October 20 to November 2, 2026. Toyo to Osaka sailings run as usual. During this period a temporary Kobe-Niihama service (Orange Hope) operates.

Reservations: Regular reservations open on the same date two months before boarding.
