Traveling by train
You cannot board the Takahama Line at JR Matsuyama Station. Walk to Iyotetsu Otemachi Station (just across the main road in front of the station), take the Takahama Line (bound for Takahama) to the terminus, then proceed to the port by connecting bus (or a 10-minute walk). The fare is 460 yen from Otemachi to Takahama plus 270 yen for the connecting bus, 730 yen in total.
