TipsLocal tips
The bus departs from platform 1 in the station-front rotary. It runs in coordination with ferry and Super Jet schedules for Hiroshima and Kure, so if you miss it, the next one may not come for some time.
Traveling by train (fallback option)
When no limousine bus is available, walk to Iyotetsu Otemachi Station (just across the main road in front of the station), take the Takahama Line (bound for Takahama) to the terminus, then proceed to the port by connecting bus (or a 10-minute walk). This is somewhat complicated, so it is advisable to time your journey for the limousine bus where possible.
