According to the sign, you pay in advance. It is 480 yen for unlimited parking for one day, and the fee is added every 24 hours from the time you buy the ticket.
According to the contributor, the spaces are split into two areas, and the payment machine is on the side facing the main road. The back area is gravel. Another parking lot nearby is Anabuki Park Dogo Ichiman (near Dogo Ichiman 3-21). Fees can change, so check the sign on site before you park.
