You can also reach Dogo Onsen Station from the airport by route bus (830 yen for adults, 810 yen cashless; Matsuyama Airport information as of April 1, 2026). Check the route bus travel time and schedule with the bus company's timetable before boarding.

From the arrivals lobby to the bus stop (stops 4 and 5)

The limousine bus stop is at the airport's "stops 4 and 5" (Iyotetsu's guide to limousine bus boarding and alighting stops). According to Matsuyama Airport information, among Iyotetsu buses heading into Matsuyama city, buses to Matsuyama City Station and Dogo Onsen Station depart from the limousine bus stop.

Services marked with a circle in the timetable operate as 2 buses, one terminating at Matsuyama City Station and one bound for Dogo Onsen Station. Passengers going to Dogo take the "Dogo Onsen Station" bus.

Fares and payment

Use the front door when boarding and when getting off.
Pay after riding, by putting the fare in the fare box when you get off.
Cashless payment is available with nationwide transport IC cards (including mobile versions) and the Mikyan app; both are 20 yen cheaper than cash.
One infant may ride free with each adult or child holding a ticket. Additional infants require the child fare.
Commuter passes cannot be used, and there are no group discounts.
You load and unload luggage in the trunk yourself. Bicycles cannot be brought onto the limousine bus.

Times and the last bus

Buses from the airport run to match arriving aircraft. The timetable does not list every flight arriving at Matsuyama Airport.

In the timetable from October 25, 2 buses run to Dogo Onsen Station to meet the last 2 flights from Haneda (arriving 21:15): the 21:30 departure (JAL443) and the 21:35 departure (ANA599). The 21:20 departure that meets the flight from Itami arriving at 21:10 (ANA1649) terminates at Matsuyama City Station and does not go to Dogo.

From October 25, the first bus in the timetable departs at 8:10 (meeting the flight arriving from Itami at 8:00) and arrives at Dogo Onsen Station at 8:50.

Using the 1-Day Ticket

The "City Tram and Limousine Bus 1-Day Ticket" is a digital ticket that allows one day of travel on city trams (excluding the Botchan Train) and the limousine buses to Matsuyama Airport and Matsuyama Kanko Port. It costs 2,300 yen for adults and 1,150 yen for children. No paper tickets are sold; buy it in the Mikyan app or Jorudan's "Norikae Annai" app.

Taking the limousine bus round trip between the airport and Dogo Onsen Station on the same day costs 2,400 yen in cash or 2,360 yen cashless for the fare alone. The 1-Day Ticket is cheaper and also covers city trams.

After arriving at Dogo Onsen Station

Hojoen is in front of Dogo Onsen Station. The Hojoen foot bath is available 6:00–23:00. If you arrive before your lodging's check-in time and want to leave your luggage, ask the lodging where you are staying. You can check the locations of Dogo Onsen Station, lodgings, and public baths in Dogo Onsen's location and access geography within Matsuyama City.

Delays and crowding

If your flight is delayed, the bus may wait until passengers have boarded even after the scheduled departure time. If the delay is substantial, you may need to take the next bus.

Return trip (Dogo → airport)

According to the timetable, buses from Dogo Onsen Station to the airport take 38 minutes to the airport. The adult fare is 1,200 yen (1,180 yen cashless), the same as the outbound trip.

On the return trip, you cannot get off at intermediate stops (closed-door system). On the airport-bound bus, you can get off only at Matsuyama Airport, and on the airport-departing bus, you can board only at Matsuyama Airport.
