This tourist information center, located in a corner near Dogo Onsen Honkan, close to Hojoen and the Botchan Karakuri Clock, is operated by the Dogo Onsen Ryokan Hoteliers Association. It is open from 8:30 to 20:00, operating daily throughout the year.
In addition to providing information about ryokan and hotels in the Dogo Onsen area, it handles consultations regarding nearby sightseeing spots and transportation. Coin lockers are installed next to the entrance, and when the lockers are full or for luggage that is too large to fit in them, they can be stored at the counter of this information center. Since it is located on the route from Dogo Onsen Station to the Honkan, it can be used to leave luggage and walk around the public baths or surrounding areas before checking in or after checking out of lodging.
Places to store luggage are limited around Dogo Onsen Honkan, and the number of coin lockers is also limited. Having storage at the counter is helpful when touring hot springs with large luggage.
