They aim to achieve a chewy texture when eaten, even for French bread that looks hard, while sweet breads such as melon pan and cream pan are finished with a light mouthfeel. The signature product is white bread using the wheat variety "Yumechikara" and udon flour. At the time of opening, it was sold only by the loaf, but slice sales have since started as well. The business hours are from 9:00 to 16:00, and it is closed on Mondays, Sundays, and public holidays. Parking is available for 4 cars.
