Okashi Kobo Ochi

"Okashi Kobo Ochi" is a Western confectionery shop located in Ishite, Matsuyama City, in the Dogo Onsen area. According to the official website, the owner opened the shop in local Dogo in September 2001 after training for over 10 years, carrying the slogan "making happiness in the name of sweets." Featuring confectionery making that uses many fruits and vegetables from Ehime Prefecture, the shop handles "Dogo Roll" available in more than 10 varieties, original cakes, baked sweets, birthday/ordered cakes, and more. Located in Ishite, close to Ishiteji Temple, it is used for selecting souvenirs for Dogo sightseeing, local gifts, and sweets for anniversaries. Some baked sweets last long, making them suitable as gifts for distant places.
