Dogo's Chocolate Workshop
"GOOD CACAO 33.8°" is a small chocolate workshop near Dogo Onsen Honkan. It adopts the "BEAN TO BAR" method, which handles everything from cacao beans to chocolate bars in an integrated manner.
Origin of the Shop Name and Products
The shop name comes from a play on words with Dogo (DOGO) and gods (GOD), as well as the melting point of chocolate at 33.8°C and the latitude of Dogo Onsen Honkan at 33.8°N. They offer single-origin tablet chocolates using cacao from 13 different countries. A footbath cafe is also attached to the shop.

The location is 20-14 Dogo Yunomachi, Matsuyama City (Phone: 089-934-4833). Business hours are from 9:30 to 18:30 (until 20:00 on Saturdays), and are subject to change. Please check official information before visiting.
