Tsuboya Kashiho
A long-established Dogo confectioner founded in 1883 (Meiji 16), said to be the model for the dango shop in Soseki's Botchan. It sells the original Botchan dango and shoyu-mochi.

A confectionery shop established in 1914. It handmakes and sells Botchan dango, Shirasagi yokan, Shirasagi rakugan, and tarts directly. Botchan dango is also sold individually starting from one piece.
