Shirasagido

According to the Dogo Onsen Official Area Guide, it was founded in 1914, and handcrafts and directly sells Botchan Dango, Shirasagi Yokan, Shirasagi Rakugan, Taruto, and other items one by one. The Botchan Dango is made without additives, and is also sold individually starting from a single stick for eating while walking. The store recommends comparing tastes, stating that "even if they look the same, the taste differs depending on the store."
The Taruto made by the store is one of the representative sweets of Matsuyama, a roll-cake-shaped Japanese confectionery where red bean paste is rolled with Castella sponge cake, making the cross-section look like the Hiragana character "no". It is eaten throughout the year in Matsuyama and is used as tea cakes, souvenirs, and gifts. The business hours are from 9:00 to 21:00, and holidays are irregular.
