Board city tram Route 5 (bound for Dogo Onsen) at the stop in front of JR Matsuyama Station. It goes directly to the terminus at Dogo Onsen Station, with a flat fare of 250 yen (230 yen for cashless payment). The journey takes about 25 minutes.
Following the station-front redevelopment in 2024, the tram stop was relocated close to the station building. A taxi is also available if you have a lot of luggage, but depending on road conditions, its journey time may not differ greatly from the city tram. Check the official Iyotetsu website for the latest schedules and fares.
