Dining with a Hearth Motif
"Samurai Dining Irori -IRORI-" is an eatery characterized by its interior with a hearth motif. The operating company has three directly managed stores in the Dogo area: "Shirogane -SHIROGANE-," where a shochu chart spreads across the entire wall, "Irori -IRORI-," which has a hearth motif, and the cafe "mononofu."
Ingredients and Sake of Ehime
It offers dishes made with Ehime Prefecture ingredients and shochu and sake selected from various regions nationwide, mainly from Dogo. The menu varies depending on the stock of the day. Befitting Ehime, the citrus kingdom, dishes such as "Red Sea Bream Citrus Shabu-shabu," which combines red sea bream and citrus, are also available.
