LA CUISINE JAPONAISE "Hari" is a dining facility located on the 3rd floor of Dogo Onsen Chaharu.
Space
Facing an English garden where a 250-year-old olive tree stands, it features window seats with natural light from the garden. The seating is divided into different types, including dining seats and sofa seats decorated with works by photographer Mika Ninagawa, as well as private rooms using original art created for Hari by textile designer Fujio Ishimoto. Guests can observe the cooking process in the open kitchen.
Business Hours and Seating Capacity
Lunch is from 11:30 to 14:30 (last order 14:00), and dinner is from 18:00 to 21:30 (last order 21:00, final entry 20:00). The seating capacity is 102 seats, including 2 private rooms.
For Visitors
Apart from staying overnight, reservations for dining only are also accepted. As the menu and closed days vary depending on the season, please check the official information before visiting.
