According to information from GoguyNET Matsuyama and the official website, it serves sushi using fresh fish shipped directly from inside Ehime Prefecture, such as Uwajima. Located on the east side of Dogo Onsen, it is used during breaks in sightseeing or for local dining.
Uwajima is a port town in the southern part of Ehime Prefecture, known for landings of seafood from the Setouchi and Uwa seas, including sea bream. The feature is that customers can easily taste the fresh fish as conveyor belt sushi. Although it is a little far from the Dogo Onsen town, it is located in a place that is easy to access by car.
