Dogo Inari Yunoya Dogo Honten

Dogo Inari Yunoya Dogo Honten

Dogo Inari Yunoya Dogo Honten is an inari sushi specialty shop in Dogo shopping street. It offers approximately fifteen kinds of original inari sushi in front of the Boy Chan Karakuri Clock.

This is an inarizushi specialty shop located right outside Dogo Onsen Station, in front of the "Botchan Karakuri Clock" at the entrance of Dogo Shopping Street. It was opened in May 2021 by the owner, who was involved in Kaiseki cuisine in Tokyo, and their mother, based on their grandmother's recipe, tailored to a slightly sweeter taste preferred in Ehime. It constantly displays more than ten types of creative inarizushi, offering a lineup suitable for eating while walking and for souvenirs. The operating hours are from 10:00 to 16:00, closing as soon as the ingredients run out. A second branch was also opened in front of Matsuyamashi Station in July 2023. With its prime location at the entrance of Dogo Onsen Station and the shopping street, it is an easy spot to visit right after getting off the train or on the way back after bathing. Please check the official information for the latest product lineup, operating hours, and regular holidays.
