This is a tempura specialty shop located very close to Dogo Onsen Honkan in Dogo Yunomachi, Matsuyama City. According to an article by Goguy Net Matsuyama, it opened on July 19, 2026. This is the shop opened in Dogo by "Tempura Goten," which has been operating since September 2019 in the Matsuchika Town underground shopping center at Matsuyama City Station.

The shop in Matsuchika Town is known for its style where chefs fry tempura one by one over the counter and serve them freshly fried, with free refills of rice and all-you-can-eat of five kinds of rice sides including spicy cod roe. While there are many Japanese restaurants and street food shops around Dogo, there are few shops that serve freshly fried tempura at a counter, and it is introduced as a shop suitable for both tourists and local customers. The address is 20-13 Dogo Yunomachi, which is a 4-minute walk from Dogo Onsen Station on the Iyo Railway city tram and a 4-minute walk from Dogo Onsen Ekimae on the Iyotetsu Bus. The same building also houses "Dogo BEER BAR" (formerly Dogo Bakushukan), a directly managed taproom of Minakuchi Shuzo. Since the shop has just recently opened, the menu, business hours, and regular holidays are subject to change.
