Authentic bar next to the west of Asuka-no-yu
"Bar TSUBAKI" is an authentic bar located next to the west of Dogo Onsen Annex "Asuka-no-yu." It offers various cocktails and is used not only by local people but also by tourists and visitors from abroad. It has an atmosphere that is easy for a woman to enter alone, and you can drop by in a yukata after a bath.
Local cocktail "Tsubaki"
The local cocktail "Tsubaki," certified by the Nippon Bartenders Association, is a fruity, less sweet drink inspired by the women of Matsuyama. A non-alcoholic version is also available. Inside the bar, newly drawn works by Hidekichi Shigemoto, an ink wash artist from Ehime, are exhibited.
