Dogo Ichie is a brewery shop and cafe bar managed by Minakuchi Shuzo, a sake brewery in the Dogo region, located in Dogo Kitamachi, Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture. According to official information, it serves Dogo Beer (Kölsch, Alt, Stout, Weizen, etc.), limited-edition brewed beers, Japanese sake, nitro iced coffee, and others, and visitors can enjoy beer tasting flights. In addition to coffee and craft beers, it carries products from the Setouchi region centered on Ehime, and operates an online shop and crowdfunding campaigns. It also has a reception for sake brewery and brewery tours, and a showrooming space featuring crafts. Located within walking distance from Dogo Onsen Station and Dogo Haikara-dori (shopping street), it can be used for a drink between walks or for choosing souvenirs.
