Iyo no Tezukuri Udon Nadai Tsuru-chan Dogo

Iyo Handmade Udon Nadai Tsuruchan Dogo is a handmade udon restaurant opposite Asuka-no-Yu, the annex of Dogo Onsen. Its address is 14-17 Dogo Yunomachi, Matsuyama, and its telephone number is 089-913-5777. It had its grand opening on September 26, 2024.
Noodles and broth
The official website highlights moderately firm noodles and a slightly sweet broth, and says the restaurant focuses on bringing out the noodles’ smooth texture. Udon is served in a format where the price is the same whether you choose one to three servings, making it convenient for people with different appetites. The signature dish is “Chikara Udon, Tsuruchan style” (1,045 yen), with toppings such as ume (from 220 yen) also available.

Because it stays open late and has no regular closing day, it can be used for a meal after returning from a public bath.
