A Japanese restaurant located on the first floor of Hotel Patio Dogo, which stands directly in front of Dogo Onsen Honkan, serving as the Dogo branch of Sushimaru, which has its main branch in Nibancho, Matsuyama City. It is within walking distance from the Honkan after bathing, positioned very close to the Honkan among eateries in Dogo.
The menu features sushi made with fish caught in the Seto Inland Sea, as well as regional dishes of Ehime. It offers Matsuyama-zushi, which has been eaten at celebratory occasions in Matsuyama, sea bream dishes, and eel. It operates in two shifts for lunch and dinner, with hours from 11:00 to 14:00 and 17:00 to 21:00. It is closed on Mondays.
While the area surrounding Dogo Onsen Honkan has many shops geared toward eating while walking, restaurants where visitors can sit down and eat local cuisine are limited. It serves as one of the destinations for lunch or dinner in combination with a bath at the Honkan.
