According to official information, with Uwajima Taimeshi, in which raw red sea bream sashimi is eaten with a special dashi broth and egg, as its signature dish, it offers local tastes such as Matsuyama chicken karaage and Jakoten, as well as local sake of Ehime and citrus drinks. Uwajima Taimeshi is a local dish of the Nanyo region of Ehime, where fresh red sea bream sashimi is mixed with egg and dashi soy sauce sauce and enjoyed on top of rice. All seats are non-smoking, and it is located right next to the Dogo Onsen Station of the tram. Along with sightseeing and visiting hot springs, it is a restaurant where you can taste Taimeshi representing Ehime.
