"Iyo no Kyodo Ryori Dogo Uotake" is a local cuisine restaurant located in Dogo Yunomachi, Matsuyama City. In Ehime, fish dishes from the Seto Inland Sea, including Taimeshi (sea bream rice), are popular as local flavors, and this restaurant, which features dishes made from local ingredients, is one of the options when you want to experience the flavors of Ehime during your trip. The restaurant is said to be open all year round, and it is located close to the Dogo Onsen Station of the tram, making it easy to use for meals between visiting hot springs and walking around the town.
