"Asuka Noren" is a restaurant located in front of Dogo Onsen Annex "Asuka-no-yu." It offers a menu using local ingredients, centered on dishes using red sea bream, a specialty of Ehime Prefecture.

Red sea bream dishes and local tastes

The signature dishes are fish and chips and red sea bream burgers using Ehime red sea bream. In addition, you can also taste imotaki, a local cuisine of the Nanyo region, jakoten from Yawatahama, and fried chicken seasoned with dashi broth. During the day, it can be used as a cafe time to enjoy burgers and other items, and at night, as a pub time to snack on light meals along with Dogo Beer and local sake from Ehime.
