Yamanote Bettei Hagakure
Seven separate buildings, each rented in its entirety. Every unit has a hinoki bath fed by piped Dogo Onsen water and a wooden deck terrace.
Yamanote Bettei Hagakure is a detached-style ryokan in Dogo Sagidanicho, Matsuyama City. It is located within the grounds of "Dogo Yamanote Garden", the same as Dogo Yamanote Hotel, and the garden also contains "Hayama Saryo" featuring creative cuisine and "Dogo Giyaman Glass Museum".
Guest Rooms
The guest rooms consist of 7 completely detached buildings surrounded by trees, rented out as a whole building. Each building is named after a broadleaf tree that has been utilized in Japan since ancient times, such as Yamaboushi, Hanamizuki, and Kunugi. Each building is equipped with a wooden deck terrace.
Standard equipment in the guest rooms includes a TV, satellite broadcasting, telephone, internet connection via wireless LAN, tea set, refrigerator, minibar, hairdryer, humidifier, individual air conditioning, toilet with bidet function, and a safe.
Bath
All rooms are equipped with a cypress bath using water drawn from Dogo Onsen. The spring quality is a simple hot spring (alkaline simple spring), and the official website lists muscle pain, neuralgia, and recovery from fatigue as benefits.
Meals
Both breakfast and dinner are taken at the dining place of "Hayama Saryo", a creative cuisine restaurant inside the same Yamanote Garden. Private rooms are prepared, and dishes using Ehime brand beef and Setouchi fish are served.
